	Arbor Village Apartments 8028 S Central Ave. Phoenix,  Az 85042 602-268-0000 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  3.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  2.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  My Years At Arbor Village Apartment Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  12/24/03      Rate This Apartment     The Arbor Village apartment looks great on the outside but when you live here watch out, the cons of living here is that they change management like you change your underwear, you do change your underwear don't you? they change management too often and the maintenance workers do not know how to change a light bulb no matter who they hire, so if you have a brokenwater heater or air conditioner too bad you will probably have to fix it yourself and Arbor Village apartment dohave patrol but it is only 9 pmand 5 am. in between that time you are on your on. About the noise, it is very noisy because they havechildren around and they run all over the place throwing rocks and screaming and hollering and the grown-ups are no better they have parties and sometimes have arguements. The pros of living here is that you have a roof over your head and the rent is sort of reasonable two-bedroom two-bath $605.71. it would be a great place if they could get better maintenance workers who knows how to fix Air Conditioners,Garbage disposals,Water Heaters, Sinks and etc. but it is okay.
