| | | | Review Title: Roach Motel | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 8/24/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | I love the Ahwatukee area.This apartment complex looks so nice and is way cheap.I used to live in a bad complex, and for 5 dollars more I get more ammentities and way more space here in Andante.Its awesome!But, I want to move because there are roaches everywhere.Im a clean freak, and I cant stand it.I get sprayed about twice a month, and they still come inside, only they die from the spray by the time I find them.Is that a plus??Im afraid to walk to get my mail in fear of a roach crawling on me.They are all over the parking lot, and pool area.Management seems to not care either.Parkings ok, not many spaces.The cable company isnt great, you have to pay water, cable and internet thru the same company.Cox isnt allowed.Otherwise Andante is great, but I will not stay.Oh yeah, and maitenence is SUPER lazy. | | | | |
